Basic child and adolescent mental health awareness for staff and volunteers who work directly with children and young people

 Aim of 2 day course:

• To increase mental health awareness for front-line staff and volunteers, thereby improving access to mental health advice and support for children and young people across Surrey
• To promote inter-agency working and understanding within the 4 Surrey areas

Each training event will be supported by a CAMHS Primary Mental Health Worker or other CAMHS clinician

Dates:

Course 1: 20th & 27th January 2010 at Farnham Hospital

Course 2: 17th &24th February 2010 at Bourne Hall, Ewell

Course 3: 23rd & 30th March 2010 at Oaklands House, Caterham

Course 4: 20th & 27th April 2010 at Runnymede Centre, Chertsey
