Governance
Surrey Youth Focus maintains a small office of five staff, comprising of a full-time Chief Executive, a part-time Member Services Manager, a part-time Information Officer, a part-time Voluntary Development Worker and a part-time CWDC Project Officer.
Legally, Surrey Youth Focus is an “unincorporated association”, meaning that the organisation has Trustees, holds AGM's and in addition is a registered charity (no. 1093718).
Trustee meetings are held every quarter, as well as a monthly Management and Finance sub committee meetings. Trustee meetings for 2010 are: Tuesday 26th January, Thursday 22nd April, Tuesday 13th July, Thursday 21st October and the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 9th November.
Surrey Youth Focus President is Lady Baden – Powell CBE, DL, Vice – President (and founder) is John Walshe DL and the Chairman is David Hypher DL.
