10 keys to happier living

The Ten Keys to Happier Living are based on a review of the latest research from psychology and related fields. The first five keys (GREAT) are about how we interact with the outside world in our daily activities. The second five keys (DREAM) come from inside us and depend on our attitude to life.


Public Health England - Rise Above

Resources and video content developed with 11-16 year olds. Covers: bullying/ cyber bullying, smoking, online stress and FOMO (fear of missing out), alcohol, exam stress, body image in a digital world, forming positive relationships.
