Links and Affiliations
Surrey Youth Focus is linked to several different organisations at the national , regional and local level.
Nationally: Surrey Youth Focus is part of a national body – NCVYS – the National Council of Voluntary Youth Services.
Regionally: Surrey Youth Focus is a member of South–East Youth Partnership, (SEYP) being a network of Principal Youth Officers from the statutory sector, and CVYS from other counties across the south–east. SEYP is in the process of expanding its membership to other organisations involved in integrated youth support. Our Chief Executive is currently Chairman of SEYP.
Surrey Youth Focus is also represented on the Board level on RAISE (Regional Advice and Information South–East).
County: Surrey Youth Focus has close links to Surrey County Council at a number of levels. Surrey CC is a principal funder of Surrey Youth Focus, and has regular contact with colleagues from the Council’s Chief Executive's Office - Policy and Strategic Partnership, and with the Children's Schools and Families Directorate.
