east to west is a Christian Youth Work Charity seeking to bring Hope to vulnerable and 'at risk' young people in Surrey and Berkshire. Hope is outworked through what east to west calls, Relational Support Work and Relational Support Work outworks itself through the following projects and provides a long term commitment to journey with children, young people and families through the issues that they are addressing. Relational Support Workers based in secondary schools, , Supported Lodgings teenage homeless provision, Family Link Work and Police Community Youth Pastor.
