Paying attention to what's going on around you can improve your mental well-being as you’re more likely to enjoy life and understand yourself better. You're also less likely to take small things for granted. There are lots of things you can pay more attention to that will make a big difference:

  • Get up a bit earlier than normal and start a sunny day by taking in the sunrise.

  • While you are on the train or bus take notice of what’s on the other side of the window.

  • Take in some nature on a stroll through Surrey Hills

  • Spend a bit of time on a clear night looking up to the stars.
