Youth Development Projects

Youth Development Worker post currently vacant:

 

Youth Development Worker objectives include:

· Raising the profile of young people within their local community.

· Communicating their needs.

· Enabling them to engage in positive activities.

The role involves working with young people directly and in Partnership with key organisations to support existing quality voluntary youth projects and to help set up new sustainable projects that can be taken on by the local community.

Employed on a part-time basis, covering the whole of Surrey and focusing on high need areas.
