An Introduction to Youth Work

‘An Introduction to Youth Work’ is a FREE Surrey Youth Focus training event. There are now more dates available in April 2010. For more see: http://www.surreyyouthfocus.org.uk/events/e60

Surrey/Sussex Youth Work Training Consortium:

A group of local authorities, universities and voluntary section youth work organisations have formed a consortium to bid successfully for £450,000 of youth work training provision. 

There are three elements to the scheme:

• Advanced Youth work apprenticeship through a training organisation called Youthforce
• Foundation Degree in working with young people/Youth Work at Brighton University
• MA in Youth Work at Brunel University
